Refund Policy
Standard train journey tickets are fully refundable up to the day before travel. (Please note: this does not apply to special events.)
Children 3 & Under Policy
Children aged 3 and under ride free with a paying adult. For group and birthday bookings, a limit of two children under 4 per paying adult applies.
